 The holidays are finally here and I don't know if I'm more excited about eating or decorating. Both can be stressful when you're also squeezing in family, shopping, and seasonal events. Take a deep breath and grab your favorite hot drink because this list is going to help make your holiday season merry and bright! Reorganize your holiday schedule. It is easy to overextend ourselves, but limiting ourselves to what we enjoy doing the most will make this season extra special. This next step is one that I cannot live without - make a list!
